
Mark your calendars and save the date! This year the auction will be held on Saturday, November 12, 5:30-10:30pm at Fremont Studios. The Starlight Gala and Biennial Auction is a unique community event as well as a terrific fundraiser for our school.

Parents’ Guide to the Auction
Donate: We ask that every family donate at least two items for the auction. The possibilities are endless. . . ask your favorite restaurant or business to donate a gift certificate, host a party in your home, create a date night with an offer of babysitting and two movie tickets, deliver homemade cookies every month for a year, give a week at a vacation cabin, donate sports or theater tickets. The sky is truly the limit!
Volunteer: Working on the auction is great fun and a terrific way to meet other Pacific Crest families. There are many opportunities to volunteer. Contact Priya Patel for more information.
Place an ad in the catalogue: Advertise your business in the auction catalogue. Please contact Martha Obenauer for more information.
Be a sponsor: If you cannot attend the auction but still would like to participate, consider being a sponsor for the event. Please contact Martha Obenauer for more information.
Bring food for the event: The Starlight Auction is known for having the most delicious food of any auction in the northwest, all prepared by you. Sign up sheets will be available in the lobby late October. Share your favorite food – keep Starlight free!
Attend the Party: It’s the best party of the year. . . and it’s free! Bring friends, bring family (if they are over 21), and plan to have delicious food and drinks and bid on an amazing array of items to benefit our school. Doors open at 5:30pm.
