Giving 100% For Our Kids
We have launched our Annual Giving Campaign! For over 15 years, the Annual Giving Campaign has provided an essential contribution to the operating funds of the school. It remains one of our most important sources of income after tuition. It is very important that we achieve not only our financial goal, but our goal of 100% participation by our families.
This Year’s Goal
The goal for this year is $60,000. To achieve our goal, we will need to receive an average of $350.00 per family. A donation of any amount will be greatly valued, but the more each family is able to give, the more likely it is that we will achieve our goal.

The Match
The first twenty gifts of $500 and greater will be matched by a group of Pacific Crest families and the Board of Directors.
Annual Giving Drive Frequently Asked Questions
What is the Annual Giving Campaign?
Each fall the Board of Directors and parent volunteers ask parents to contribute to the Annual Giving goal which was established in the budgeting process. 100% participation is expected with each family contributing to the best of their ability. The success of the Annual Giving Campaign helps ensure the continuation of a high quality program.
How will Annual Giving Funds be used?
Annual Giving donations will be used to fund operating expenses which include teacher salaries, building costs and program expenses. They also contribute to funding our tuition assistance program.
How much should I give?
We ask that each family contribute according to their means. Our goal of $60,000 represents an average gift of $350.00 per family. Annual Giving Campaign donations range from $5.00 to $5,000. Gifts of $1,000 or more are crucial to Pacific Crest’s economic stability. The many smaller gifts add up and demonstrate our community’s commitment to meeting the school’s goals. Pacific Crest needs and appreciates gifts of every size. We hope that our families will make Pacific Crest their most important philanthropic priority.
Why not just raise tuitions?
The Annual Giving Campaign allows the school to meet its operating expenses without making large tuition increases. This allows Pacific Crest to maintain moderate tuitions, especially when compared to other private schools. It also gives our parents the opportunity to make a tax-deductible contribution to the school according to their means.
What about in-kind gifts instead of monetary donations?
We ask that you contribute cash or securities to the Annual Giving Campaign as it is the foundation of all our fundraising efforts and is used for current operating expenses.
Should parents who volunteer their time also support the Annual Giving Campaign?
Many families give very generously of their time. This gift of time does not replace financial support, however. Contributing to the Annual Giving Campaign needs to be an important priority for every Pacific Crest family
